Getting enough sleep is  important, because how you sleep impacts on your health. So how do you sleep? On your back Sleeping on your back with your arms at your side is generally considered to be the best sleeping position for spine and neck health as long as you don’t use too many pillows. Buct sleeping on your back could make you to snore more than in any other position. Experts say sleeping on your back may also help to prevent facial wrinkles and skin breakouts. Stomach Sleeping on your stomach can improve digestion but can put strain on the neck because you need to turn your face sideways in order to breathe.
